Browser profiles

Profiles are detected automatically from ActivityWatch window titles (macOS Brave, Chrome, Arc, Firefox). Link a profile to a project and all its activity will auto-attribute there.

Slack workspaces

Workspaces are parsed from the Slack window title. Link a workspace to a project and all activity from it — channels, DMs, huddles — auto-attributes there.

Discord servers

Servers are parsed from the Discord window title. Direct messages don't carry a server and stay unattributed.

Ignore rules

Pattern-based rules that auto-hide matching activity on sync — useful for noise like personal browsing or experimental Claude sessions you never want to bill. Save one from the inbox via "Ignore matching". Deleting a rule stops future hides; existing hidden rows stay hidden.

Hidden activity

Rows you've hidden from the activity feed. They stay out of the default view and are excluded from invoices, but still live in the database — unhide here to bring one back.
